The 1800 degree sear plate... what else do I need to say! This is the best grill on the market for the price. No doubt. I love the wood chip box as well. This grill cooks perfectly.

It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions are not bad, I feel it could explain routing / fastening the gas line a little more clearly. But all and all pretty easy. Two people recommend! As far as cooking. So far it has been great! The side sear station is The Bomb!! And you can fit half a cow on it !! Love it !! Oh and 15 year warranty!! Boom!!

I've only had the chance to use it once, outside temp was about 15 degrees when if fired it up. Grill worked great, heated up quick, controlling the temp in the cooking area was great. I look forward to many years of grilling with this Napoleon grill

This Grill is awesome for the price. Nothing but great things to say about the searing station. Unfortunately I wasn't thinking and closed the lid when the searing station was on. Results were a burnt lid, melted magnets and handle. Took no time at all for this to happen since it's extremely hot.

Assembly was good clear understandable directions grill works great definitely recommend. Side broil burner not sure I understand the point seems like it would make a horrible mess never used it

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
