I purchased this Grill after spending money on several inferior products so I decided to go with Napoleon. It arrived crated so I had to put it together which was super easy. I used the Bilt app which was super helpful. Its a grill like I have never seen before, Turning on the grill is unique with the pop sound then a flame. Unlike most with a battery ignitor switch.( note there is a battery ignite switch for the searing station)

Old enough to be tired of replacing gas grills every 4-5 years. This summer I needed to replace, again, and decided to check out the Napoleon line up. Have used mine weekly for 4 months now. Rotisserie, infrared side burner, regular grilling all perform better than expected. Have cleaned out several times and the engineering that went into making these owner friendly is astounding. Great products!

I've always dreamed of having a Napoleon BBQ and it didn't disappoint. The preheating is fast. The quality of the burners shines through as it cooks evenly on the whole surface. The temperature control is magnificent making sure nothing will burn. That been said, with some much control, you can perfectly executed a reverse sear and finish it off on the infrared grill. That little grill will revolutionize your experience and capabilities.

I'd say around 4.5 stars. I've cooked on it a few times now. And I really do like it. The heat is even, especially given it has two layers of heat spreaders. I love how the lid opens much more fully than my old grill, allowing an overhead light to fully illuminate the grilling surface. The side burner is great for searing. I haven't yet tried using a pot or pan on it but am told and have seen in reviews that it works as expected. My only quibbles are: - The burners don't always light on the first try. With a push button ignition you just hold it longer. With the "auto" ignition as you turn the knob you have turn it back and forth a few times when this happens. - The floor of the cabinet has a large for a propane tank even in the natural gas version. I'm sure this is to save money/avoid unique parts. But I would have wanted that hole gone to allow placing small things there. It's a bit of wasted space as is. - The bilt app instructions, though way better than a manual, don't tell you where to find the pieces; simple change that could have really sped up assembly.

I have owned a lot of name brand grills over the years and consider myself an above average chef when it comes to cooking steaks. The sear zone on this grill is magical. Assembly was easy and I took the time to follow seasoning directions. Could not be happier. Hope it stands the test of time but for only a few uses would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I seem to buy a grill every few years. Not because I abuse it or keep it clean. More to the fact that the metal is thin. Burners seem small and just don't perform. The quality and warranty are much better. This grill is replacing my last grill because the heat tents over the burners have shrunk from usage. They are no longer under warranty, and on back order. No need to spend the money that is just a few months over a year old. The grates are starting to split now. Happy I made this purchase.

So far very impressed. Seems to be very well made and heats up very quickly. My only issue was the store didn't assemble it correctly and it was falling apart by the time I got it to my back yard. I spent 2 hours unassembling and reassembling. I don't usually buy preassemble products but they only had two and they were already together.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
