Great grill. Caster wheels could be a lot better. Mine keeps coming out of its place and I have to figure out now to keep it in place.

As an experienced chef and avid griller my review is as much about the of current state of grill manufacturing rather than a direct critique of the Rogue. I find that the flavor bars those gap bars on grills diminish the cooking power of the grills, extend preheating time, and "soft spots" that effect even cooking and in the end make me feel like it was an innovative way for the manufacture of this type of product to reduce cost. In addition the use of plastic and alternative metals other than stainless steel has cheapened BBQ's grills in this price range, I believe that this price should buy one a superior grill and while this is a better and perhaps larger grill than a grill in the next lower tier I believe this grill and other grills in this price range have been effected adversely. Grills in this price range are no longer high quality, high performance grills. What was produced 10 years ago made entirely of stainless with 5 -6 working burners was far superior than the grills currently being manufactured. I chose the Napoleon firstly because the did not want the popular competitor for the exact reasons I have stated and have ended up with a grill with a somewhat longer warranty (to be determined how that turns out) but the same characteristics. I do like the BTU output on the Napoleon side sear station verses the stove top ring but have yet to boil or sauté anything over it. I tried the smoker box and got the weak results, I did not buy the grill to use it as a smoker so that's OK. I do like the Napoleon cover I bought for the grill it repels water beautifully. Some of the accessories offered on the web page like the grill cages look functional and I will likely try one.

Have been using the grill for the last few months heats up quick and you get those great grill marks from the grates easy to clean. The side infrared is awesome for quick searing. Plenty of grill space to make food for large crowds.

This is a wonderful grill, the construction quality is outstanding. This grill holds it's temperature well, and cooking was even, I can't live without the sear burner now. In addition there are lots of high quality accessories like the smoker box and charcoal tray just to name a few. It also comes with an industry leading warranty. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone who is currently in the market for a new grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
