My first impression was how high the quality of my new grill is. Easy to assemble the heavy duty, well designed stainless steel grill. The stainless steel grills are easy to clean and the quick ignition of the burners makes grilling easy and enjoyable. The temperature gauge is easy to read and gives an accurate temperature reading inside the firebox. I especially love the side burner and the removable grease tray under the main burners, which makes cleaning easier than any other grill I have had. It is very efficient on propane usage and tanks are easily replaced and connected. The warranty matches the quality and design of the very appealing grill. I am sure I will get may years of enjoyable grilling.

Didn't realize how good a grill can be. My first "grilling" was bone-in angus ribeye steaks and salmon. The infrared side grill is amazing! The whole family was buzzing about how good it was. It's nice to know that the 15 yr. 'bumper to bumper' warranty will insure that I will have a great cooking grill for many years to come. Just couldn't be happier. Thank you Napoleon!

This BBQ was easy to assemble, looks beautiful and performs so well! The lid lifts easily, the cooking grates are easy to clean and the construction is high quality. My favourite feature is the Infrared Side Burner so far -- seals those juices in. We also love that we're supporting a Canadian brand! And the 15 year warranty is fantastic.

I recently upgraded my BBQ to the Rogue 525 and it surpasses my expectations. Assembly took about 45min - 1hr and once built you instantly know this is a well made BBQ. Burgers were the first item cooked and turned out great but the real test was steak. Having that side burner just added to the experience as my steak turned out perfectly. This is a perfect sized BBQ for my growing family and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a new one or looking to upgrade.

My boyfriend and I got this bbq a few weeks ago and we have been loving it! It was easy to build and is very sturdy. I really like the fold down prep area and integrated utensil holders and my boyfriend especially loves the side burner for steaks! This is a great, practical bbq, we're very happy with it and will definitely be getting a lot of use with it this summer!

We recently upgraded our old grill to this model and it is a game-changer! It has all the features you could ever need or want. It's a high end grill and will have you feeling like a professional! We will be getting a ton of use out of it this summer!

SO excited about our new bbq! It was easy to put together. The sizzle zone side burner is by far the coolest thing about it! Best cooked steaks we've ever had at home! Definitely makes you feel like a pro! Totally recommend this bbq!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
