would have rather had stainless grates. the half open back is problematic as i store cleaning brushes and bbq tools there. the ash pan can be removed from the front.

Cast iron grills are a near-perfect heat conductor, heating evenly and consistently. They can withstand extremely elevated temperatures, which makes it perfect for searing. A good seasoned cast iron cooking grid can offer a perfect non-stick surface making it ideal for many dishes. Thanks

The grill worked fine for 3 months now the burners won't ignite. example 3 of the burners will ignite and the 4th won't even cross ignite. This happens 50% of the time. I have call customer service and per the prompts I have left call back number and no return call from Customer service. Napoleon's Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. This grill is a SAFTEY HAZZARD

Pleased with the grill but found it a little strange that the back of the grill is partially open, allowing heavy rain to get in and fill the grease/drippings catch pan. I live in an area of daily summer storms so the pan filled up in no time, overflowed, made a mess before I was even aware of the problem. Disappointed with that design aspect. I installed a small piece of sheet metal this weekend that hopefully will resolve the problem. I don't think I should have needed to do that on a high-end grill like this. Other than that, nice product so far.

The Rogue XT 525 was easy to assemble (especially when using the BILT app). The grill heats up quickly (600 degrees in 10-15 minutes) and the side infrared burner sears steaks perfectly (as advertised). Works great for grilling hamburgers, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and pork tenderloin. Note: the side burner does start to drip grease on the ground after a few uses. Napolean should work on that design flaw

This grill is of very good quality, assembling was easy. It's seems to have very even heat and controls are easy to use. There is bit of a learning curve to figure out heat settings.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS AND EXPECT WARRANTY TO GET BACK TO YOU. Shipped with broken parts, but customer service does not pick up or respond to emails. I've called over 3X and been on hold for over two hours. I've also emailed several times over the past couple of weeks without a response. The product may offer an excellent warranty, but it's useless if they don't respond.

The grill will not char even hamburgers. Took 18 minutes on the grill on high to cook 6 hamburgers. Sear side burner is good. But not when you are cooking multiple meat that needs searing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
