Awesome addition to our outdoor grilling area!! Delicious and honestly…. Anyone can do it!!! That's what is so nice about the Pro 575. I was concerned that the cooking space was small (ordered online) but once the grill arrived I was happy to see that there is plenty of space on it for my family if 5. A must have for any griller - amateur or seasoned!!

Product temperature is inconsistent. That is only the actual use of the product. I had a billing issue from when I purchased it, which I attempted to get resolved, but I never got anywhere with customer service. The only reason I got this Traeger is because I was given a gift card. I am a fan of a different brand that I have used for years and has worked flawlessly, but I digress. Unfortunately, upon ordering, the gift card didn't get applied to the order, and it charged everything to my credit card. Upon finding this out, I tried to get it rectified, and was unable to get anywhere. I still supposedly have a $500 gift card, but I don't want to buy more products from this company.

Definitely a game changer but heads up to newbies…you gotta read up and have a little patience with the new "grill" concept if you're wanting to straight up BBQ on time limited prep. We got the smallest pro series for easy daily dinner versus our Viking outdoor kitchen but I'm so hooked on this little grill thinking of redoing our whole outdoor kitchen set up. For those new to Traeger - start small and trust - it's well worth the time and effort!

i bought this model 3 years ago and it has been amazing.just like our tailgator super reliable but, the 575 cooks more evenly and has enough room for 2 pizzas stones definetly reccomend .

At first, I may have given this product a 3 or 4, maybe a 2, but it was not the product, it was the user. It took me awhile to learn how to smoke with the 575 that does not have the super smoke setting, but it's really not needed. There just happens to be a lot more tricks on YouTube than the Traeger site that will teach you the How-To's. With all the smoking features placed aside, I finally gave my old smoker and grill away as steaks and birds turn out great. As for burgers, I use my Blackstone.

I bought few months ago pretty good so far. Only thing I don't like that requires the pellets to keep the flame and Heat going. Wish you turn the hopper off and just use the flame

I have had my Pro 575 for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with it. I've tried many different recipes from the website as well, anywhere from chicken wings to smoked salmon. The pellet box was deformed when it arrived in the box, I got on the online chat and had the replacement part sent to me within 5 days. This is my first pellet smoker, but it is the easiest grill I've ever had and it inspires me to keep looking for things I can smoke.

I've been using this grill for a couple of years now and have been extremely pleased with its performance. It's easy to use and easy to maintain. At this point I wish I purchased the 780 just for more room but it does the job. I would recommend it.

I have been seriously considering the Traeger 575 Pro but after reading the reviews with one star, I think I will go to the Webber and stay with gas.

I purchased this around Black Friday. Used it about 4 times and now have spent hours in the phone with Traeger trying to resolve the issue of it not working. No expedited shipping of replacement parts and seemingly no desire to make the situation right that doesn't require me spending hours of my own time and tools troubleshooting and repairing. Cannot recommend this model or company based on current experience.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
