Horrible product - setting it up to WIFI is a nightmare. I don't want to be a network expert to set up a grill. This is the single worst product set up experience I have ever had. I truly regret this purchase and will steer others to look for better alternatives. I really don't want to even use it now as I don't trust that it will cook well

I bought this a little over a month ago. Nothing but trouble with it. The customer service is terrible. Forget connecting to WiFi. They tell you it's your fault. No it's the grill not working. Why would you want to buy a grill with poor customer service. The worst ever.

These grills ALL need to be on 4 wheels. Simply just to hard to move with only 2 all terrain tires. MORE WHEELS PLEASE.

Grill came with a dent in the side, they did offer to replace the grill but I didn't not have the mean to move the grill from the back yard in time period. Just not pleased with grill as there is no real way to sear, that is my fault as I should have done more research. In the pass had a pit boss with the ability to sear and a fraction of the price.

Had this grill for less than a year and have already had it break down twice. Customer service is terrible and very unhelpful, for the money you spend on these grill you would think they back their product. I guess I'm stuck with a broken grill while still in my warranty.

I bought a brand new Traeger Grill that wasn't working, chatted with customer service several times and after doing everything they told me it never worked. The engine of the auger came damaged. I requested a refund to Homedepot. I am assigning 1 star because I was feeling like a Traeger technician working for free on a brand new grill that I purchased, sad.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
