After having a webber for 18 years it was time for a new one and this grill is fantastic. Love the ease of use and the size is perfect the side burner is a great add on and use it all the time for vegetables in pan and nothing taste better

I really like the grill, but was disappointed with the fact that it took two shipping attempts to get me the correct pieces to complete the assembly. The gas coupling would not assemble and when I called Weber, they sent me one part of the connection, but not both parts. As luck would have it, it was the other piece that was defective, necessitating a second shipment. This delayed grill use by at least three weeks, past the point where my family who was visiting could enjoy the grill.

This is my first gas grill, I still own my charcoal grill and honestly like both. My Weber heats up and is ready to go very quickly, and has great grilling flavor. Looking forward to using mine for many years to come

This is the best grill we ever owned. It cooks so much better than any other grill we owned. Also, Don't waste your money on other grills that only last two years and dont cook correctly. I will never by another brand of grill.

I've had a genesis 300-series SE model for 11 years and counting, and have never once replaced a part. It still fires up reliably every time and has never left me stranded. I grill all the time – even when it's snowing and 10° outside or in the heat of summer. The only thing that went out was the temperature gauge after about six years. I want to upgrade to a larger 400 series to grill more at once, and I can't say enough for the reliability and even cooking of these Weber grills. They cost more – that's a fact – but it's worth it because after completely not maintaining my grill, it still works every time I fire it up – three or four times a week. I've never replaced the starter, a burner...or a single part on it. The thermometer built into the top did die, but I never bothered replacing it. Ordering a new 400-series today. Pro tip- splurge on the stainless steel grates. Worth it! Super easy to clean and you never have to worry about the porcelain coating wearing off.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
