This is our 3rd Weber grill and we are happy to see that the quality has remained. The ignition system is simple and works well. We have only used it a few times but are more than satisfied. Would highly recommend. This replaced a very expensive Ducane grill that was 16 years old and works better is easier to clean and the knowledge that replacement parts are easily available makes the purchase a "no brained". I highly recommend!

We bought this about a month ago after our 20-year old Weber grill quit working. We absolutely LOVE this grill. It gets very hot quickly, and grills everything to absolute perfection!

I got the grill about six weeks ago and can't say enough about the quality and design . It makes you a good cook. The way the flavorizer bars work they turn all the juices into smoke to flavor the meat. Any juice that don't vaporize get directed down and out of the grill so no flare up. This makes for a good steak every time ! I love the grill, I wish I didn't wait so long to get the grill I always wanted.

I have had Weber grills all of my life and I am currently in the market for a replacement grill. The old Weber grills with 3 burners were placed left to right in relationship with the hood. Now for some unknown reason Weber has redesigned the placement of the burners from front to rear. Poor decision ! I cook alot of baby back slab ribs and now a rack will not fit on these grills eliminating direct heat. Poor design change.

I have had this grill for over 6 months and love using it a few times a week! Only complaint is it gets dirty very quickly but isn't difficult to clean!

We just replaced our first Weber Grill .......it only lasted 26 years!! We decided to get the stainless steel model....sharp looking. The grill has better cooking grates and an upgraded ignition system. We have had it about a month and love it.

Easy to assemble, heavy duty construction, heats up in a snap and easy to clean. The thermostat did not work so I called Weber and they sent me a replacement quickly. This is the first gas grille I have ever purchased and I'm glad I did. No more running out of propane at the wrong time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
