We bought this grill a month ago putting a lot of trust in the brand, and deciding to spend more money because of it. It is a great grill and seems durable and well made, but It also seems to be limited in heat. So I guess that it is best suitable for an inexperienced person.

Just an excellent grill with such even cooking. Couldn't be happier. We bought the natural gas instead of the propane. Hate running out! Overall, what a beautiful grill!

I had a Weber natural gas grill previously (old silver model), three burner that took quite a while to come up to temp. This one heats up quickly and the temp is easily controlled.

I debated between a natural gas grill and a propane one and finally went with the natural gas. I've only had it a month so am still learning the new cooking times. There is absolutely no question that you will need to relearn how much time to cook food. It simply doesn't produce as much intense heat as propane so a 4 1/2" x 1/2" burger patty that I used to cook 4 & 3 minutes now takes 5&4 minutes. Steaks are even longer if you have a 1 1/2" or 2" steak and they don't ever get that "seared look". You can get that if you want to toss the finished steaks into a hot cast iron pan for a minute but that's somewhat of a hassle. the grill heats up very quickly which is nice. Havent said the above about the increased cooking time the convenience of natural gas is hard to beat. and I love that the grill is uniformly hot everywhere. once I experiment I'm pretty sure the 4 stars will become 5!. I like the Stainless steel grates but didn't need the side burner (I used it once in 10 years) on my prior grill. So bottom line very please with the purchase .

I've cooked twice on the grill and both meals turned out wonderful. The grill was easy to assemble without taking too much time. I'm excited to try different meats and veggies on this grill. Easy to adjust the heat as needed.

Had a Holland grill for the last 10 years, good grill but I can do so much more with the Weber. With the 3 burners it's easy to adjust the temperature and I can cook over direct heat or turn off a burner and cook indirect (great for roasts). The Weber is built to last and I'm looking forward to many years of great grilling.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
