I use this Weber grill on daily basis and I apply the grilling guide app on my phone. I am practically eating a perfect meals nowadays.

I have owned all types of Weber grills the past 42years. From the "little Joe" to the Classic Kettle, to the last one which was a Genesis (NG) which lasted 16 years. First of all,the "bilt" app was the coolest thing i have ever seen. Putting the grill together was extremely easy using "Bilt". Easy to follow and being able to view the intruction diagrams in a 3-D manner was really slick. All the components fit together perfectly. As far as using the grill, very easy, uniform cooking and when you use the "Sear" feature, it gets really, really hot. My Old Genesis grill never got this hot. A little learning curve on how to cook with all this heat available, but it doesnt take long to appreciate how efficient this grill is. I really look forward to grilling even more than I use too!! Once again, Weber does not disappoint !!

Genesis II E-330 replaced a 20 year old Weber Genesis Silver B which offered great service through the years. The E-330 has the searing station which is great and useful. Its about two months in use and well used often. My reservation prior to purchase was that the Genesis is made in China, but the Summit made in US was too large, after receipt and building it I am not so concerned - we will see if all holds up through its warranty.

Other similarly & lower priced grills don't even come close to comparing to the quality of this grill. All materials are clearly made to withstand the elements- lid, burners, wheels, etc. Also, the easy-to-access drip pan is a big WIN. If you want a grill that will work well every time, and last a lifetime, this is it!

Excellent grill. Cooks like it is supposed to cook. Love it. Well built and easy to maintain. First new grill for me in 25 years (that is how long the last Weber lasted).

the grille is fantastic. I replaced a 20 year old one I had that I tuned up ten years ago. I ordered the replacement parts for the other one diectly from you and itta all went together well . This new one looks just as good. You make the best grilles

We are 100% satisfied with our Genesis II E-330 natural gas grill. It is easy to light, the burners cook evenly and the heat is amazing. In a matter of minutes, the temperature is close to 600 degrees. We used the side burner for the first time to cook turkey bacon. It was so much easier than using our stove in the kitchen. We love, love, love this grill!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
