My new Weber replaces an old grill I had for years that needed replacing. The Weber is beautiful and is really a luxury to use. Yesterday I grilled on it for the first time and it was great. Easy ignition and heats very quickly. I'm sure I will get many wonderful meals in the coming years grilling on it.

It is a well made product that delivers a grill experience. It heats up uniformly and there are few flare ups. It is easy to clean and having the side burner is a nice plus. Very glad I purchased it.

Bought my Weber Genesis II E-330 propane grill in "smoke" color to replace my 20 year old Weber Genesis Silver-B propane grill which had given me great service (rebuilt innards twice over 20 years), but was now due for another re-build which I would have done except that now it was experiencing rot on some of the frame members. I decided to upgrade to a new model and chose this one because I liked the color and will only buy Weber (as long as I can continue to afford them). I bought it to put together myself, since I really do not trust anyone else to do it to my satisfaction. I found the build to be straight forward and not too difficult, and the only problem I encountered was one poorly tapped threaded hole in a frame upright which would not accept the corresponding bolt. It was easy for me to re-tap the hole and clean up the threads so the bolt could be installed and tightened down properly. The grill operates very well, I've only had it for about 1 month and I've already done plenty of grilling (hamburgers, salmon on plank, steak, ribs, and shrimp). Very easy to control the cooking temperature (even better control than my old grill), and my only complaint is that I cannot lower the gas flame on the side burner enough to just simmer a pot of sauce, but I consider this minor (I'll deal with it). I bought only one additional accessory that I would highly recommend: the grill light, Weber 7661 Handle Grill 'N Go Light, an LED light which clips to the handle of the hood and lights the cooking surface for night-time grilling when the hood is opened. I hope this grill will last for another 20 years.

There are so many ways to use this grill. In addition to perfectly cooking the usual steaks, chops, veggies, etc., we have already made pizza and baked a pie, with delicious results. We can't wait to try a lot more things.

It a grill, my last weber lasted some 20 years. Of course I replaced the guts several times during that period and the grill was under hard cover when stored! First impression not seeing this one last that long.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
