so far very good. even cooking . First purchase of a weber. hoping it last the 10 years weber claims. I use the grill year round and live in the buffalo area. It should be a true test.

We had a two year old spirit grill that was blown off our deck and needed to replace it. Wanted another Webber and found the Genesis II E 330 online at the Webber store. Wanted the Red color and liked that it had a side bummer. We have had it for about three months now and could not be happier with it. I put it together using the detailed 3D app which made the job super easy! Was not sure about needing three burners until we BBQed our first Ribeye. Using the seer function and then slow cooking it came out great! Charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. Our gathering was very impressed with the results as was I. The quality of the product really shows and after using it many times, Southern California, we couldn't be happier with it. It really cleans up very easily as well. Thanks Webber for a great product!

This grill replaced a 13 year old Weber Genesis. The controls took a bit of time to get use to, but are working fine after some learning time. My only complaint (which is not related to the grill) is that the light which came with the grill stays on all the time. I need to take it back to the vendor for a replacement.

I bought this grill hoping it would be better quality than grills I have bought in the past. It does seem like it is, and so far (after 1.5 months of ownership) I have no complaints. Time will tell. I have used it several times, and it definitely cooks differently than my previous grill. This is a good thing, but just meant there was a small learning curve. My last grill was a char-broil, and I hated how quickly the finish and cooking grates deteriorated in that one. I bought the weber through Amazon, and it arrived with a damaged lid. Customer service was great, and they sent me a replacement. It did take a while to get it, but no big deal as it was fully operational with the original dented lid.

This is my third Weber Genesis grill. The first two each lasted nearly 15 years ( before I gave them away to family members). I assembled this one myself and was very impressed with the precise engineering, fit and finish. The extra burner of the " sear station" makes a huge difference and overall, the grilling experience is fantastic. This baby heats up to nearly 650 degrees in 5 minutes. With the three main burners turned to low it maintains temp at 325. This is the kind of quality and performance that I expect from Weber. Plus it is a great looking grill! My only regret is that I am now 70 so this will probably be my last Weber. I really wish that every major purchase delivered like this one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
