Bought my Genesis II on-line so it was shipped assembly required. BTW, this is a replacement for my Weber Silver grill that I bought in 2003. A grill that lasts 17+years is amazingly. The model 330 that I just purchased has all the desired features that I enjoyed in my old grill and many improvements. I am extremely pleased.

Excellently constructed. Instructions for Installation is very good. Just the two of us and over 80 years old, highly recommend this model for seniors. I use it four to five days each week, especially during the pandemic. Easy to use and so far, no burnt meals. Temp is always right while using the optional IGrill temp probe. Fast to reach temp and easy to maintain with smooth control changes. Cooking grill plates are much better than most. For price and 10 year warranty, best grill on market. Only wish searing burner was infrared type and located on the right side Instead of the extra burner.

Love this grill with one exception...can't connect the gas line to the burner. Have wanted a Weber for a while, finally saved enough and pulled the trigger. Very glad that I did!

We are extremely pleased with our new grill, my wife thinks my grilling skills have improved. We grill about four to five times a week so having a grill that gets hot and cooks quickly really helps. We've grilled fish, chicken, beef and some vegetables so far. It sears meat quickly so it comes out hot and moist very rapidly. Clean up is easy too.

I'm very happy with the grill so far. I previously had a Vermont castings grill which served me well for 20+ years, but rust finally dealt its blow. The Weber has one big advantage...heat. I haven't yet found any major hot or cold spots, very even heat and very hot when you need it. Nice cast grill for searing also. Well engineered product, even though a bit pricey, I think it's head and shoulders above most other grills. I'm enjoying the side burner, although if there is any complaint, the low setting on the side burner is too hot for simmering.

We like our grill a lot. We were disappointed that it came with the enamel coated cast iron grill plates, instead of the stainless steel grill rods, as advertised.

Grill assembly was easy, instructions well defined. 2 far left burners would not light. First call to customer support could not resolve issue; followed lighting instructions with customer support and did not resolve problem, customer support stated it was a gas supply issue. I explained there is gas flowing and I can light the burners with a match. Call was disconnected. Sent emails to customer support; response time well beyond expectations. Finally received email response with instructions to check igniters. Upon inspection found far 2 igniters were not properly seated. After seating the igniters in a horizontal position, lighting the far left burners erratic. Called Customer Support, may be faulty igniters. Still waiting for replacement igniters to be delivered. Purchased grill April 28. Suggest Weber improve its customer support response time. I bought this grill to replace my 30 year old Genesis that was still functional. Given the issue the igniters not properly installed suggests a manufacturing assembly issue. Hopefully the new igniters wil rectify the problem.

Worth every penny. I think its the best grill you can get in this price range. Add 1-2 weber smoker boxes and this thing does it all.

Customer support is non-existent. I have called a dozen times routed to use online support each time. I have yet to get a call back in three weeks of trying.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
