# 1 burner will not lite. sent in warranty claim, no responce in 2 weeks.
So pleased to replace a very old, hand me down Weber Genesis grill after a tornado took it with this new Genesis II E-330 Gas Grill in Smoke! It's even better than the original, if that can be...

Cooks perfectly every time. Makes me look like a professional chef!
Fantastic grill. Great build quality. Assembly was a little harder than I thought specially putting the gas pipes in the right place as I was afraid of breaking them. One think I wish it had was foldable left tray like some of the other weber grills.
I have owned many grills in my lifetime.... Charcoal and gas. I even work for a retailer that sells Weber and other models. But I have never owned a Weber. I got it assembled yesterday, and gave it a first run with some steaks. WOW! I wasn't ready for the result. The even heating; sear station; the overall taste of the meat was the best ever! I'm going to spen a lot of time on the deck grilling now.
This was a replacement for a Genesis E310 grill that I had. Unfortunately, that one lasted less than 5 years before it had problems. I replaced the cooking grates that had begun to rust after a few years. I had replaced the igniter at around four years. The last straw was the door hinges rusted out and the doors fell off. Even though I was disappointed with the quality of that grill, I have owned Weber grills for decades, so I gave you one more try with this one. I also bought one without the cabinet doors, I rarely used them. I have a new cover that I'm using so I hope this one has a longer lifespan.
Some positives which are very good and a few negatives. Middle Burner does not light and side burner does not light by pressing the button. Propane tank level is not accurate. I liked it better with doors in front and a shelf.
Received my grill approximately three weeks ago. The grill hood/lid came damaged; both dented & gouged. Called immediately. Was told from the third party company that I bought the grill from, that all issues with Weber products actually need to go through Weber. I thought no problem, Weber is known for great customer service. I called Weber immediately was directed to their online site. Followed directions to register my grill and file my issue. Immediately received an automated response that they received my complaint/issue and they were reviewing. Have not heard anything for three weeks. Actually just re-filed my issue yesterday referencing no follow-up from three weeks ago & now I get a request for a survey?? Look, i understand that the current state of business & life as we knew it has been interrupted and or extremely impacted by Covid. However, Weber has done a poor job of making me feel like they care about my issue or at the very least setting expectations and or a timeframe around resolving my issue. A simple we haven't forgotten about you, explanation of delay and or reason for not hearing back from them would of went a long way.

Hi Corey B, we thank you for choosing Weber and we are very sorry about your lid damage! Also we sincerely apologize for the delay from our support team! We are experiencing higher volumes of questions from our grilling community as many are enjoying more at-home dining during Covid-19. However we have passed your feedback to our team and they just reached out via email. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else!
This is a wonderful grill. It cooks evenly and the "searing" component on it is fantastic for you steak eaters out there. I had my last weber grill for 15 years and only handed it down to a family member because it was starting to rust on the bottom section and I wanted something a little bigger. My bad, I never covered it. The old grill still cooked beautifully. With usual maintenance of changing out the deflector grills every 3 to 4 years I never had an issue with it. Spend the extra money and invest in a Weber grill. You'll be very pleased with the many years of service you'll get out of it.

I had a 10 year old Webber charcoal grill that began to deteriorate starting 6 month ago. After doing weeks of research I decided to take the leap and couldn't be more pleased. The grill working area is great and hold a very consistent heat. Lots of accessories like any grill but the 2 most used over the past few weeks have been the rotisserie and fish/veg pan. If you're looking don't pass this by.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns

No Restocking Fee
Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
