Weber is the best. My 10 year old grill still works but the salt in the air has eaten up the base. I love the new features, the ceramic cover and the sear station. The Sear Station brings me great happiness. i got a red one, getting bold in my "almost retired" years. It will be working long after I don't. That is a fact I know.

Weber hits another "home run!" This grill replaces our 20 year old Weber Genesis Silver. The only drawback of this new grill is the finish on the side platforms. The brushed stainless steel finish blindingly glares when the sun shines on it. I have to wear dark sunglasses just to work with it in the middle of the day. Otherwise, it is an excellent grill with some really great new features.

Your service department is very unreliable. I submitted a request to be contacted over a month ago due to a faulty ignition switch and still have not heard anything.

I had no idea how bad my old grill was until I got this one! It was a bit intimidating looking at all the parts but it turned out to be pretty simple and efficient to put together!

We are a family of 4. This grill is perfect for just us or even a cookout with others! Plenty of room! I really like how everything comes out or moves out of the way for cleaning! I've been grilling for 30 years and this is by far my best grill I have ever owned! The grill has a nice even heat all the way through it. It doesn't "have any "hot spots". I would recommend and have already recommended this gril to my family and friends!

Have had my Genesis II for about a month now. I've been grilling and BBQing for over 25 years. have only used charcoal and pellets. Until now and I'm wondering why I was so stubborn to stay away from gas. I still use charcoal but I have already loaded my 2nd tank on the Weber.

This grill replaced my 25 plus year old Weber ............What an amazing grill this is! Weber has thought of everything. The new ignition system, the searing station, the easy clean up surfaces. This grill is good looking and great performing.

Overall great grill, poor igniting loses it a star. It does not ignite per instructions, anything more than the first burner needs lid closed and wait for the mini explosion!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
