well i absolutely love the grill but i had ordered it for father's day and the top lid was dented and i have been waiting for a very long time for response and a new part also i was missing two parts and my husband had to make a part to be able to put it together. not how he wanted to spend his saturday :( i hope that i get the new lid before winter !

This is the finest grill I've ever owned. Strong and sturdy - well built. Makes grilling easy, very easy to regulate temperature. Oh, and by the way, the unit is beautiful!

Since we got the grill and after assembling it, it has not been working. We've been in contact with you guys a couple of times and you've sent us parts and still not working. You been giving us run around about replacing it and it's not looking good at all for us. Would love to receive a phone call from a supervisor manager or even higher above about this issue

This grill replaced a 14 year old Weber Genesis Silver C which took a licking and kept on ticking- some years ago a storm blew the grill 20 feet away from where it was and over on it side... it still worked. The E-330 is a worthy replacement. Likes: Faster and hotter (650F vs 550F) preheat vs the Silver C. Handle stays much cooler. Burner control knobs are larger, easier to use and stay cooler vs the Silver C. More cooking area which makes it much easier to cook veggies (indirect heat) and meat (direct heat at the same time. Sear Station- use it more than I thought I would... works really well on premade frozen hamburger patties. Like the Silver C, nice even heat distribution ... you could bake with it and which I did with the old Silver C. Like the open station design of the E-330- makes changing the grease catch pans easier plus when you see it, you're less likely to ignore that task. Also like the "Made In USA" (with domestic and foreign components) on back of the grill. Dislikes: Far left burner is reluctant to ignite... working with Weber CS to get it sorted out. Lack of a proper handle (which the Silver C had) to move the grill. I move my grill once or twice a week in order to mow the area- if you don't move your grill often it's not an issue. Lack of a hanging basket- the Silver C had a hanging basket in the lid which worked well for baked potatoes... miss it. Also miss the work area of the Silver C which had two fold out tables on each side of the grill, very useful especially if you're using the side burner. I'm a little disappointed in the Crimson porcelain enamel on the lid (I ordered this grill) which seems somewhat dull and lifeless compared to other E-330's I'd looked at and even compared to the 14 year old grill it replaced. Bottom line: I'd buy the E-330 again in a heartbeat for the way it cooks. As grill it works better than the old Silver C and for complete meals it works better than the gas range in the house which by the way hasn't got much use since the E-330 showed up.

Weber is the way to go. I finally said "No More" to the others. The difference is Weber puts you in control of the grilling not the other way around. No more flair-ups and uneven heat temps. Plus everything about my Weber says quality, and that's what I want my questS to see at a cookout.

Easy to assemble, and this thing works great. Heats up well and has a large cooking surface to cook for a crowd.

The grill is great, BUT I still CAN'T USE THE SIDE BURNER. The quick-connect on the sideburner will not connect. I send an email and called but so far, no answer back from Weber.

Does everything well. Bought it when our kitchen was being remodeled so have used it for everything, including baking pizzas. Excellent product. The side burner has very high heat - not easy to do with propane.

Assembly was straightforward. Easy directions and all parts included. Nothing was bent or damaged. One person can do it, two make it simple. Cooking is even and fast. Lighting grill is easy. Cleanup simple. We are enjoying the grill!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
