Excellent grill. No issues with performance and works as expected. Although...At first I loved the open cabinet concept, but I immediately regretted that decision and wish that I purchased the closed cabinet due to the fact my dog absolutely loves the easy access to the open grease tray, If you have a dog keep this in mind before you purchase the open cabinet model.

enjoy my new weber my other weber lasted 20 yrs. i really like the cast iron grids very easy to clean

Typically well made Weber product despite some of the materials seeming flimsier than the 20 year old model it replaced. Outstanding ignition system. Very even heating with temperature easy to control. Top temperature of 625 degrees. No problem slow cooking at 200 degrees. IGrill thermometer add on is great.

I love this grill. The starter "zapper" starts every time on the first press of the button. The heat is very even. I like how the drip pan can be removed from the front, making cleaning it easy since I don't have to move the grill out to get to it from the back like other grills. The aluminum foil grease trey is separated from the drip trey, which is a safety feature. This prevents the grease from accidentally catching on fire. My model has the light so you can grill at night. It turns off when you close the lid, but Have no idea how to replace the batteries. I will cross that bridge when I come to it. The "gas remaining" gauge works by the weight of the tank. I was not able to get that to work accurately, but your mileage may very on that. This grill is more expensive than your average grill sold at your local home center, but well worth the money because of the quality construction. The Webber warranty is way longer than my previous non-Webber grill lasted in total. Why else would they have such a good warranty. One of the things that I like about Webber is that should I ever need replacement parts, Webber parts are readily available, however the quality of the grill is so good that I don't think that I will be needing to replace anything soon. If you buy this grill, I would highly recommend getting the matching cover that will keep the grill safe from the elements when not in use. I am also considering getting the thermometer attachment for the perfect steak as I have never been able to tell by sight when the meat is done.

We are enjoying our Weber and have had fun cooking things on it. Last night we grilled baby back ribs and found that we could control the heat for low and slow.

The SE version of the 310 is special. 9mm stainless steel rod cooking grate and Enamel Cover. Love the look, and the stainless steel is easy to clean and maintain. This grill is a monster. Great engineering and dynamic cooking. I am very happy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
