This grill is perfect for my medium sized deck! I wanted a grill with stainless steel grates and this fit the bill. It is the perfect size for a grill basket with veggies AND steaks.

A well built unit. The heavy Stainless steel grate should outlast me. I spent the premium because of the readily available replacement parts and the Warranty. This is a lot of money for a grill as far as I am concerned, but if it lasts as long as my last Weber it will amortize over time. I have two issues with the grill. First and foremost is trouble maintaining the cooking temperature when it is windy (which it almost always is here). Better baffling to shield from wind would be nice. I might be able to move it to different sides of the house to block some wind but that brings up my second issue. The plastic wheels do not roll well on gravel. I end up dragging it more than rolling it just to get it the few feet out of the garage. Not every customer lives in an urban area. An optional inflatable wheel kit for rough surface use would be a welcome offering from Weber.

Quick summary: Assembly: 1 hour plus they offer the BILT app to assist. Takes some common sense as not every thing super clear. Even temp across grate?: No, it has zones you will need to get used too. Higher in back, cooler in front (rotate meats around) Grate: This SE has a stainless steel cooktop which is nice. I like this upgrade for cleaning. Easy to get sear marks. Light: Yes it comes with a light, is it good quality: NO, mine flashed, still waiting 3 months later for a replacement. So COVID gives companies a free pass to not respond or not follow through on warranties now? Not a great plan. Rolling: Not bad, but a bit wobbly on paver patio or one with grooves like stamped concrete. Stainless steel side tables: This is honestly a terrible idea. When I am cooking and the sun is out, it reflects off there and is blinding. Constantly having to adjust angle to cook. Annoying. Overall: Solid grill, easy to clean for most part. Knobs super smooth function, lights easily. Happy with cooking, but takes getting used to. Rating 4 out of 5, as warranty is better than most grills and I am hoping they get their customer service fixed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
