This is my second Weber genesis grill, my first one lasted 20 years. This one looks like it is built to last a long time as well. It cooks very evenly and maintains a steady temperature throughout the cook.

Solid product. Stainless steel cooking grates are a good upgrade from cast iron. Fuel gauge will be handy even if it is not terribly precise. Lid is solid and the light has been more handy than I thought it would be. Warranty was the final feature that got me to upgrade to a Weber.

Another good Weber grill, but some design flaws. This grill replaced a Genesis 300-series Weber that I had for at least 12 years and only need some minor part replacement. On this model, the rigid wheels just don't work if you need to move the grill very often. At least the frame at the rigid wheel side allowed me to retrofit the grill by purchasing and installing the same casters and inserts as on the other side. Also, the drip pan is not as foolproof as past designs. The sliding grease tray has to be centered exactly over the catch pan and the tray is easily bumped or nudged out of alignment. I have had to clean up greasy messes a few times before I learned to check the tray every time.

This is grill is everything we expected it would be and more! Love the stainless grates. This grill heats up very fast and maintains its temperature because of how well it's insulated. We're very happy with our purchase.

The Genesis SE/310 is a Great Grill! I enjoy the dependable instant start-up, quick heating, and quality construction throughout! I enjoy knowing the amount of propane left in the tank.

I love the grill. It replaced a Weber genesis that I had for 13 years. My only disappointment with this product is there I can't have a rotisserie attachment which my last genesis could accommodate.

Cooks well, well built. Only problem is that the left burner won't light with the igniter, but probably due to shoddy assembly by my local Ace. Noticed they left plastic on the shelves which must be removed.

So I am replacing a 20 year Genesis silver C with a new model. This new model lights fast and heats up quickly. I purchased the stainless steel grates along with a searing rack, wow what a nice sear on those steaks and veggies. Weber had always provided too notch service after the fact, helping to replace old parts and regular cleaning. Thank You weber

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
