A grill that doesn't incinerate everything you put on it! Nice, even heat throughout. Little to no flare ups, you can walk away and not babysit while cooking. The handle light is bright. Overall very pleased with this grill. The one complaint in our family...can't get the hot dog to burn to a crisp! Ha ha.

So far I have only used the new grill for a few weeks, but it has been great. I really like the way the ignitors and burners function. I bought this Weber to replace a five year old Kenmore grill. The Kenmore is all stainless steel on the outside, and still looks great on the outside. But on the inside, all the small parts corroded away. The Weber internal parts are stainless and supported by cast surfaces. Huge improvement.

The burner to the left as you face grill doesn't start with auto igniter - the other two do start. I have to use a match for the third. How can I check to fix? What should I look for?

We grill in all sorts of weather. It gets dark early here in IN....our grill came with a light. We LOVE it. We've had Weber Grills over the last 20+ years. Just like the others, this one does not disappoint.

Replaced a very old genesis. Pros: sturdy, ease of use, even heating Con: even though the temperature inside the grill gets very hot, eventually, according to the thermometer, the grill surface itself does not get as hot as my old grill. This makes searing meat and cleaning the stainless grates harder. This may be due to the larger volume of the grill.

The Genesis II SE-310 is a 3-burner grill with all stainless steel interior parts. It grills great, cleans up easy and makes cooking fun. The only issue I had with the grill is that I couldn't find it assembled anywhere near me (nobody carried the SE version or had one), so I had to order it an assemble it myself. The package is HUGE - it comes on a pallet! The assembly instructions were missing in my packet and I had to download them. Also, for a grill of this cost, I would have expected it to include the folding shelf hardware and it did not.

I bought this to replace a Weber Genesis that was about 12 years old. I loved the old grill and I love this one. Lots of changes from the old Genesis model that make it better and easier to use. More heat, warming rack folds down out of the way, burner bars run perpendicular now making indirect cooking more effective. I'll never buy another brand.

I sold my BGE and transitioned back to propane for time saving and efficiency in grilling. The stainless steal bars are incredibly heavy and hold heat very well. Grill heats up in minutes and i've been impressed by the build of this grill. Only thing I wish is that the propane line to the burners was better hidden. It's kinda loosely strung from the tank to the bottom of the grill in the center opening.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
