Fantastic product. Learning as I go to create a variety of pizzas. Glad to have found this stone, did not need to build a pizza oven.

Received the stone as a gift, used it in the oven numerous times since October, went to use it on the grill this time, after cooling iit down and when cleaning, found a long crack in it, running three quarters of the way thru.

I like the stone, but I have not received the summit griddle. Please advise when I will receive the summit griddle.

I was very excited to use this stone on my E6 kamodo grill, but despite following the directions to a t, the stone broke in half while heating up on its first use. Not sure if this was a defect of some kind but I am very disappointed.

Really loved using this grilling stone. Made burgers and pizza on it. During the third use last night, it cracked in half during the preheat and shattered when I removed it from the grill after it was cool. Really bummed because this thing worked amazingly.

This was a great purchase of the year until the 3rd usage. It split in half during pre-heat while guests were at present. I always keep it in my kitchen and followed the instruction. This was a great disappointment as I really found this product best match for what I was looking for.

Odd to see that some posting here are having issues this product. I've had this stone for several years now with no issues. We went through multiple plain ceramic stones, that cracked, before getting this one. We do leave the stone on the grill, with the lid closed, to allow the stone to cool slowly. Great product.

Purchased about a month ago and by it's fourth use, it split in two during the pre-heat. I had been wanting a stone to make pizza on the grill for a while so I made sure to care for this one as instructed by the manual and rarely moved it from the grill out of fear of breaking it. The first few times I used it, it did work really well but I'd expect it to last at least a few years with proper handling.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
