Have had the Big Joe 2 for a couple weeks and works like a champ. Setup was pretty straightforward. And the first cook was a success. I did however notice a bolt on the hinge to the top lip does not tighten at all. Reached out to customer support. Still not resolved as yes so It'll lose a star for the slow resolution of this issue but otherwise no regrets

Recently purchased my first Kamado Joe and could not be happier! Right from the start I had success with everything I grilled and smoked, very easy to use and clean. I've been able to achieve and maintain a constant temperature for a first time with any grill I have used. Previously purchased a Trager with the smoker unit and was extremely disappointed. Can't wait to purchase some of the accessories and try them out . Thank you for making grilling and smoking so enjoyable.

This is the best grill I have ever used. This grill holds the heat no matter what the temperature is outside. I can smoke for 12 hours or more and never have to add charcoal. It is great for any type of meat. Love the half moon grills to set at different levels; ie searing on one side and indirect on the over. This grill is heavy yet the hydraulic top can be opening with over finger. This is the only grill that you will ever need.

I bought this grill about 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier. It literally doesn't matter what you cook, it turns out excellent smokey flavor and moist. I love being able to get it up to temp and then be confident that I can leave a large roast or brisket in there without the need to check things or refuel. The warranty is also very big deal here.......this could be the last grill you ever buy in your life!!!

I got my 2nd Joe back in 2017, it is awesome! After 7 years the gasket is the only feature that I need to replace. The people at Kamado Joe are always trying to improve their grills. And the costumer service is as good as you could ask for. If you are thinking about getting one, do it! You won't be sorry. It will be the last grill you ever buy, unless you're like me and bought a second one.

I've had the a Classic 2 for a few years now and it has not disappointed. This has become my go to grill for a majority of my cooks. The versatility allows me to cook a variety of things multiple nights a week. I've been more than impressed with this grills durability and weather resistance. I don't have any complaints and probably drive my friends crazy when I preach to them about my Kamado.

I bought this grill to replace a gas grill. I am retired so speed of cooking is no longer a factor. The Kamato Joe Classic is very versatile because of the precise temperature control and the ability to change the style of cooking from indirect to direct cooking. The flavorful and juicy foods the I can make with this grill is far above a gas grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
