FIts perfect, holds smoke, no leakage around the rim. Don't know why I waited so long to get this. Showed up on doorstep, it was out of the box and had a 10lb chicken on it in under an hour and it turned out amazing.

Nice never had one. This was is excellent finally assembled got some good weather and was able to put it all together.

I have XL Geen egg. The XL rotisserie fits really well. It DOES leak a little air around the rotisserie rod holes. put a wet rang around hole and rod to stop flow of air. I can't get Egg below 225 degrees which is plenty low for me. I just cherry smoked 2 XL whole chickens that cooked for 3 1/2 hours on the rotisserie rig. They were nice and juicym, which is the reason why you rotisserie: The meat basts in its own juices. It's almost impossible to overcook something on this grill cause it always tastes so good.

I bought the Kamado Joe rotisserre accessory about a year ago and it works perfectly. There IS some leakage with air...not a lot....but it prevents temps lower than 200. ( I can go lower without the attachment). I rarely cook that low of a tempurature anyway so it never has been a problem.

I have been in the market for a Big Joe Joetisserie for a while and couldn't find one, even with the original shipping estimate of 6-8 weeks I decided to place my order, to my surprise customer service reached out to me and informed that a shimpment was in route to their warehouse and that it would me shipped to me soon. The shipping was very fast after that and my product arrived in excellent condition.

This product is one of the best accessories I have purchased for my Big Joe. Did a whole chicken on my first cook and it was fantastic. I would also like to recommend BBQ Guys as the go to place for Kamado Joe and accessories. There customer service is the best I've ever encountered. Thanks Guys and Gals, lol.

If you are concerned about flareups or grease dripping, what you could do is put a small drip tray directly underneath the spit, and have the coals off to either side, this way you will still get direct heat on your food and the grease will drip straight down into the pan.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
