I have owned my KJ for about 7 years. It makes such great food from Thanksgiving turkey to cold smoked lox. I don't use my gas grill anymore.

I have had my Kamado Classic for about three years . I love how easy it is to start. I have mastered how to manage my smoking temperature and how much charcoal and favorite smoking wood so I can get about 6 to 8 hours out of an initial load. Is a spiral cut ham I smoked this Easter. It turned out amazing.

I've been cooking with Webber and CharGriller smokers for many years and I am most happy with this Kamado Joe Classic. Easy to bring up to and keep temps stable. Long cook times with less fuel. All in all, the Kamado Joe smokes the competition.

We've had our Classic 2 for about 6 years and it is far and away the easiest and most versatile grill we've ever owned. We have the DOJO and Rotisserie attachments and any time we fire up this grill it's an "event". Pizza, smoked wings, rotisserie roasts, chickens, burgers, briskets, ribs… When the kids were little we used it for s'mores as well. There really isn't anything this grill can't do, beyond pleased with my Kamado Joe!

I've always loved grilling and smoking. Was a Weber owner. But Kamado Joe brings the fun up a few notches. Very high quality product, highly recommend.

Bought KJ Classic II few weeks ago. Smoked several ribs, chicken, ribeye, tbones, turkey. This Kamado is a grand slam in terms of cooking. My Joe holds heat better than ever expected. Little learning curve to adjust heat and now I can keep temps within 20 degrees for hours. I really love my Kamado Joe. Excellent product and made very well. I would encourage all propane grillers to make the switch to a Kamado Joe.

Being a fan of the classic barrel style grills the Joe was sorta intimidating at first. Took a couple cooks to get used to its function but once I got a feel for it I quickly fell in love. The grill will allow you to cook just about anything you want with incredible results. The build quality is second to none and my experience with the grill and the company has been 1,000%. Kamado has earned a customer for life and I encourage everyone that enjoys grilling to get one of their grills

I bought this for my better half as an early father's day present, as it was dully intended as both a gift for him and so we could spend more time together as a family. This purchase was 110% worth it and then some... We have only had it a week and already used it four times, for a different thing each time. I got him both the Dojoe and Joetisserie to go with it, and we have had a blast with both. We are nearly on our second bag of charcoal already lol. I have become a stalker of all the good recipes listed on the site and can't wait to be able to do more with it. We plan to rotisserie a rack of pork ribs this weekend and throw seasoned potatoes in the joetisserie basket at the same time. The versatility is amazing and it is wonderful to be able to prepare a meal and enjoy the process. I do really wish they had a viable customer service number... I have seen this as a complaint from others as well, and hope that they work on this part of their customer service availability. My one issue was a damaged seal when the big joe arrived, as it is already frayed (likely damaged in production); I am in the process of filing the registration and warranty claim to address this so prayers up that it is resolved quickly and we can get the lifetime of use we hope for ❤️

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
