I've owned a number of charcoal and propane gas grills from the box stores only to have them breakdown and become unusable after a year or two. This grill caught my eye 8 years ago on Youtube and i knew i had to have it. What more could you ask for? Its a lifetime Grill. I've cooked on this 3-4 times a week for 8 years and its practically brand new, even my deflector plates are the original. Warranty claim was seamless when i needed my latch replaced. If you want to buy a grill and only ever have to worry about grilling again, this would be the purchase to make. I cant recommend it enough and now 4 of my buddies have the same grill, and we compete for the best food!! Smoking, grilling, baking, what else do you need!!

My son has the Big Joe and when he grill I love to eat anything he puts on this grill.The taste is so fantastic cause you get the genuine flavor of meat and spices. Told him I have never tasted such a great grilled food like this Big Joe I have had many grills but none compare to this grill.

I've now owned the Big Joe 2 for 7 years and it's still my go to. This grill is used at least 5 days a week and just a month ago was the first time anything broke. My firebox cracked but I have a new one at my door in less than a week with their warranty.

We really love our Classic Joe. We have never had a bad meal from the Classic Joe. Each and every time we have had a great cook from pizza to ribs, to pork butts, to briskett. I really enjoy preparing meals for my family. This is the best grill that I have ever had.

I bought the Kamado Big joe a month ago and love it dearly. I cooked my family Easter Breakfast and Brunch on it. My family love all the grill and smoke items that were prepared. I know cook all my meals on this grill along with the attachments.

Had my Big 2 for 4 years…love it. Had a WSM and this offered so much more utility….smoke, roast, grill, sear - you name it, Big Joe does it. Have smoked a full brisket and 2 rack of ribs - capacity is amazing….tons of accessories. Holds temp like a champ, adjustments are minimal. Can do 18+ hour smokes without having to add fuel. Wouldn't go back to gas or WSM!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
