I've had my classic Joe now for a few years and love it more every time I I use it. It's held up great and had more versatility and options than any other grill I've owned. Whether is high temp searing or slow and low smoking my Joe has it covered.

I thought all grilling and smoking were about the same. Boy was I wrong! This grill/ smoker is easy to use, making everything I cook get excellent reviews from my friends and family who have tasted my steaks to my brisket recipes! Now everyone wants to sample the delicious meats cooked on the Kamado grill. Every holiday is an excuse to try something different, to experiment more with the different ingredients and techniques of cooking! Hopefully I can get the pizza accessories next!

I was a die hard pellet pirate due to the ease of using a pellet grill. Then I tasted some BBQ that a friend made on his Kamado Joe. Sold the pellet grill and bought a Big Joe II and haven't had a regret. The flavor of charcoal (and wood chucks) far exceeds that of flavored pellets. The KJ is easy to set and hold a temperature on long cooks. Basically becomes a set it and forget it.

I bought my KJ Classic II a few years ago and I still love to cook on it. Everything on it is first rate, high quality . I have no regrets at all. If you are like me and like to manage the grill (like me), the version I or II will be great for you. If you want the grill to manage itself, maybe the III or other newer model would be better.

I purchased this a few years ago to do a turkey for Thanksgiving and it turned out awesome. I've been watching a number of online channels and have learned to use this to smoke, grill, rotisserie and even do pizzas in DoJoe. The Joetisserie is by far my favorite way to use the Joe. I do turkey breasts for lunches, and pork and chicken for dinners. I love the control I have with direct, and indirect cooking. You can even rotisserie a turkey up to 16 lbs!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
