Bought this at a local Home Hardware. Has been an outstanding BBQ and cooks steaks to perfection. Even heat. Push button igniter still works great after several seasons, unlike some of my old BBQs. Would recommend!

We've been happy with the grill from the day we bought it. The chrome on the emblem is starting to bubble from wear and need to replace the burners 5years on. Outperformed any previous grill I've had, but still disappointed they are rusting out. When the time comes to switch out I will certainly looking at broiling again.

We bought our Broil King Sovereign 15 years ago. Have replaced the burners a couple times and the baffles but it finally gave up on us this weekend. Love this grill so we are looking to get the same one again and hope it will last just as long.

I bought this grill for its size and simplicity. I didn't want or need all of the bells and whistles that would put the cost way above my appetite. It heats up nicely enough and the heat is fairly even throughout the cooking area. My only real knocks are 1) the main handle is hollow in the back so after a rain shower, the water collects back there and when I open the lid the water pours into the grilling area, 2) I would have preferred the accessory hooks on the front of the side panels, and 3) the left front door seems to be warped. While it closes, the bottom sticks out quite noticeably. I expected a little better for the fit and finish when it's brand new but I haven't made a stink about it since I'd have to take the whole apart to replace it. As for the rain water falling into the grill, it isn't the end of the world as it usually happens when I first light the grill. But still, it's annoying and I can't imagine extra moisture inside would be any good over time. Otherwise, so far so good. It's working as advertised.

We host a lot, the large top grill plus the ability to control the different heat levels while cooking was the deal breaker for me. Absolutely exactly what I thought I was getting. Grill performs amazing, love the one piece lid, holds the heat with minimum heat loss. Ability to maintain exact temperatures for smoking and pre grilling, very happy with this purchase, largest quality grill for your $. We cook all year long under a covered structure, this grill handles all the elements. I've cooked on many high end grills and this is the only one that can handle the wind.

I purchased this bbq 5 years ago.It is used weekly and all year long.Cooking is superior to other units i have owned.It is now time to replace the ignitor and the flavr wave after 5 years of use.Also the steak marinade is the BEST.Thanx Broil King

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
