I've been super happy with the Rogue Pro 425. It preheats great in under 10 minutes. I wasn't super how much I would actually use the sear station but the infrared heat is amazing and really gives a good crisp quickly. The assembly was straight forward with the directions. Very happy with the added value of the sear station and stainless steel with the Rogue Pro at a very competitive price.

After a lot of research I decided to go with the Rogue® PRO 425 SIB. It was easy to assemble and was ready to cook in less than an hour. The grill is easy to use and heat is definitely not an issue. As with anything new it takes a few tries to perfect techniques but let's just say we have cooked steaks, chicken, lamb and even a few vegetables. Fast cooking and slow cooking and it can do it all. I waited two months before I shared my thoughts just to make sure I didn't have new car syndrome. I would recommend this grill as a perfect addition to anyone's patio.

Assembled the grill without any difficulties, the manufacturing of this grill is outstanding. Grill fired up with no problems, cooked great tasting steaks with ease. Also, Napoleon has fantastic customer service!

Nice grill once it is assembled. I'm a Mechanical Engineer, I've worked as a Steam Plant Mechanic and an Auto Mechanic--I have mechanical skills and this grill took me 5 hours to assemble. If the stupid pictures (which are pretty, but terrible for instruction) had just showed what parts are added in each step (like Lego's do) it would have been a world better. As is you have to watch VERY closely to make sure that each step actually applies to the grill being assembled (the same set of stupid pictures are used for three different models of grill). I watched the video the web site and it was even worse than cartoons. There is a parts list, but too many parts are shown with the same nomenclature and NO pictures.

Great grill with nice features: stainless steel grates, full swivel and locking wheels, the side sear burner is great - and then there's the lighted knobs! Throw in their 15 year warranty, and it all adds up to a quality grill that I enjoy cooking on.

It has been a good grill so far. It cooks evenly. The front door does not align evenly because of the placement of the pins. They sent me a new door and it was manufactured the same way. The door arrived damaged and I contacted them but have not heard back from them.

Customer Service is non-existent! Grill was missing two bolts, and can not get ahold of anyone to get them. Grill may be awesome, but until I can use it, I will never know!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
