A class above the Weber Genesis

Beautiful grill. The burners light immediately. The intensity of the flame is very easy to control. I love that the control dials are back lit with cool LEDs. I came from a Weber Genesis Grill. Compared to that, the flame and temperature are much easier to control on this unit. It's really much easier to control how my meat comes out. Medium rare is truly medium rare. The quality and fit and finish are a step better than Weber.

Not hot enough

This grill just simply does not sear, unless I use the infrared side burner. It certainly gets hot, the thermometer reaches its max above 700F - but cooking takes way longer than it did on my prior Weber Summit.

I wish I would've had one sooner.

I absolutely love this grill. It's so versatile. It's big but I absolutely love the size of it. I had a chance to try a newer different brand 4 burner grill while I was on vacation. The Napoleon blows it out of the water.

Can not get parts

This had the propane tank top retainer and both brackets missing when I opened the box. Three unanswered phone calls and 1 unanswered email I can not get replacement parts. The Grill itself is a nice unit.

Design flaws, poor igniters and worthless instructions

No assembly instructions with grill. Downloaded from website and these are some of the worst instructions I've ever dealt with. No words, just diagrams and the most important parts are in exploded views that you need a magnifying glass to actually see. Igniter for sear grill on side does not work. The igniters for this grill use D cell batteries. I didn't think ANYTHING used D cells any more. This is a bizarre decision by Napoleon. D cells do not come in lithium so these batteries will die in very cold temps this winter.

Assembly instructions a little hard to follow (pictures only) - but once together the grill performs masterfully! Even sear on grates and flat top an excellent addition

Damaged on delivery

doors were dented among other defects, still not replaced!

Do not hesitate if you are considering purchasing this gr...

THIS GRILL IS EVERYTHING THAT IT WAS REPORTED TO BE. START UP EXTREMELY EASY AND THE INFRARED SIZZLER WORKS LIKE A CHARM. WOULD RECOMMEND SEARCHING FOR RECIPES USING THIS GRILL AS THE METHODOLOGY CAN BE VERY DIFFERENT FROM STANDARD GRILLS HEATS UP TO HIGH TEMPERATURES QUICKLY AND WHILE I'VE ONLY USED IT FOR A FEW WEEKS, I AM VERY HAPPY.

Grill works good, customer service not good

Grill works well. Shipped with both doors being dented. Customer service is almost impossible to reach. Ordered doors awhile back and still no doors.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
