Customer Reviews
I've had this BBQ for 2 months now. It's fantastic. I have cooked several meals on it. Fish, beef, chicken and sea food. Everything turns out very delicious. The rotisserie was so good too. I recommend this bbq ti anyone who wants a quality bbq.
Long lasting construction and user friendly. Have used for two years now and it still works great! Would buy another one if needed, but it will be a long time!
I purchased this bbq as a replacement for our old Cuisinart unit. The old one had rusted through in several places and was literally starting to fall apart. It was less than 5 years old and it was always covered. The Signet is clearly a better bbq in every way. Better grates, better burners, better everything. The ability to sear meat is awesome and it is a pleasure to cook with. Thanks to the quality build, I'm looking forward to many years of enjoying Q'ing.
first time to buy a brand name barbque instead of the box stores barbque. Quality difference so much better
Bought this barbque a month ago. It is better than I had anticipated. Easy to use. Great size for small patios.
10 years of loyal service Just replace grills set once
We have had our BBQ for 4 years now and it's been pretty good. It's had normal usage for a family of 2 (my husband and I). We followed factory directions to season the cast iron grill and within 2 years they were starting to rust. This spring they are completely falling apart. We have to order new ones. Friends of our have the same BBQ and the same thing happened to them after only a few years.

This is our second Signet 70. Our first has been at the summer place since 2009 and still going strong. We bought the new one for the house because of how well the old one has worked over the years. These barbecues are a great value. They are functional, well built for the price point, and do what is expected of them. This new one has stainless steel side shelves which are a great design upgrade from the old plastic ones. The unit heats fast and holds it heat. Actually, you have to work at keeping the heat levels down if you are trying to do low and slow. With a little practice and using only one of the three burners you can pretty much keep the unit at a low temperature. Want more heat, just crank up the dials and away you go. We have used every square inch of the grill surface on many occasions. It is amazing how much you can actually put on this grill. If possible, it would be great if the back rotisserie burner could be raised about an inch or so to free up a little more of the grill space. It is so close to the grill that you can't really cook anything under it. The cast iron grills are wonderful for their even heat distribution. Over time though, we have found that they do wear out even if you season them regularly. That is the only thing that has worn out on the old unit in 7 years of use. A stainless steel grill option would be a nice upgrade. For the price paid, this is an excellent barbecue. You can spend more for a fancy all stainless steel barbecue, but I would rather take all of that extra money and get a bunch of steaks and barbecue them up on my Signet 70. By the way, guess what's for dinner tonight!

I bought this same grill about two years ago (and I had another grill from Broil King for about 15+ years, not a Signet, but just as good). I have cooked many wonderful meals on my Signet 70. I was so happy with it. It was great for large parties (40+ people) and great for just my wife and I. Like I said, I was so happy with it, but two weeks ago it was stolen from my backyard. Who ever stole it will have some difficulties because the propane tank is padlocked with a heavy chain around the different parts of the BBQ. Knowing what I know now, I should have padlocked it to the foundation of the house. I will do that for my next Broil King. I like to keep my BBQ's for a long time and I like to use them through our Canadian winters. I like a BBQ that works well on cold and windy days in January, and how wonderful a BBQ smells and tastes on those very cold days ... If you want to have a BBQ in good condition you need to maintain it, in the spring I take it apart and clean everything. It is so easy with the Signet. Before Broil King I would have to buy new burners every other year or so. If you look carefully you will see that Broil King burners are a bigger in diameter and are make out of good quality stainless steel so they will last longer that others. You just have to clean them once a year. I am buying a new Signet this weekend ...
This is my third Broil King grille. I purchased it to replace an 18-year old Broil King and am very pleased with it. It has both higher heat and much better control with the three burner setup. Broil Kings have worked well for me and I expect that this one will do the same.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
