I used the Weber Rotisserie for a 7lbs whole chicken with a MEATER Thermometer. Let me tell you you. This rotisserie setup worked perfectly. The chicken was cooked evenly and it was delicious.

Absolutely love the barbecue, bought the rotisserie for it extremely not happy with the rotisserie, the motor rocks or the bracket, contacted customer service they sent me a new bracket, same issue with the new bracket,

This does not fit the new Weber Genesis! It does not align properly and it also looses it rotation and You constantly have to stand and guard it and re-inserting it into the motor. Bad design! Weber when is a new bracket coming?! Apart from this MAJOR design flaw, the quality of all the parts are up to weber's high standard. Weber please fix this now! You need to adress this. Talk to us. Please. Love You Weber, apart from this rotisserie. Thanks!

Very sturdy. Was able to do 2 chickens total of 10lbs with no problem. Should be able to do 3 chickens . Also will try turkey around 13 lbs. Should have no problems.

Love it! EXCEPT, just wished there was a way that the rod itself could be a little shorter for storage purposes. It's kind of hard to just simply "sit the rid asise" because it so long. But, that was just a small problem.. guess if somehow it could be shorter, without reducing the strength, Weber would've already thought of that!

This device is not compatible with the grill. It doesn't actually fit the grill and thus stops turning which makes it useless. I reached out to support right away and they are also extremely unhelpful.

We just got this and the Bracket didn't work. The motor did not go all the way down so it would sit full on the bracket Spent a few mins on the phone and they are sending out a new one. We have a new Genesis S-435 2022 Model.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
