I live in New York--hot summers and brutal winters. I've only just put the cover on the grill. autumn is not much of a test of its durability, but it is a test of its fit-and-finish. Fine product in those terms. We'll see if it makes it come March or April!

I purchased my grill and cover October 2015 and I was expecting the cover to fall apart in 3 years after reading comments and reviews about it not being as heavy and durable as previous covers. It's now September 2019 and my cover looks new other than the dust on it. I kept my grill inside the garage for the first winter but I poured my patio the next spring and I have kept my grill there since.

Once I ordered the correct size for my grill, it was perfect. More importantly, the return and re-order process was fast, simple and uncomplicated. Not only are the Weber Products some of the best ever, but, the customer service is beyond excellent! Thank you.

A few years ago I ordered the same cover for a new grill. It was great, so when my old grill's cover needed replacing I did not hesitate and ordered another "Premium Grill Cover". Well the quality is down. It is similar to other manufacturers that sell for much less. I doubt that it will last 2 years. In any case this is probably my last weber cover. Just not worth the cost difference.

I bought this for our new stainless steel grill. It fits well and is easy to take on and off. Seems to be good quality. I am satisfied with the purchase.

I like the light weight fabric making it easy to slip over the grill in just seconds instead of wrestling with the old cover on the old grill. It was worth it to buy the new grill for that reason alone.

I bought the grill cover for my grill about 2 years ago. It fit way too tight and is now ripping apart at the seams.

Am disappointed in the quality of the fabric compared to my original cover which has lasted 15 years. I feel this one will barely make it 5.

Bought this for my new Weber grill. When it arrived I thought that it wasn't as heavy duty as the one I had purchased some years ago for my old Weber grill (that I was replacing). But the fit was nice (almost too tight) and it looked good. Now I see that some of the stitching on the seams is coming undone. My first impression was correct, it's just not as heavy duty and durable as the older one was. As I have disposed of the shipping container and the box it came in, probably too late to return or exchange.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
