| Thanks for replacing my old coverI was pleasantly surprised that when I wrote a comment about the Velcro wearing out on my 3 1/2 year-old grill cover, Weber customer service contacted me offering a replacement, even though it was out-of-warrany. The old cover was blowing off in high winds. Giovanna was great to work with and the new cover arrived quickly (see photo). I do share the concern of others that the new cover is not made of as heavy a fabric as the old model, but time will tell if it holds up. Having received lots of comments from friends about the great condition of my Weber Grill, I do know that the Weber Grill cover plays a big role as well as that great Weber Grill brush. | Was This Helpful? |
