My problem is having trouble lighting the middle burner. I have been following the steps your reps have suggested. So far nothing has helped. Now I am having issues with another order that has not been delivered. It was shipped 5-04-21. Different orders but not helping my weber experience.

I bought this cover for my old Spirit (+8 years old) and I was amazed on how well it protects it from heavy rain and snow of the Mid-West. I am buying another one but for my kettle who also needs some protection after 10 years of service.

My other cover was worn out it was not a Weber cover nor do I think it was waterproof it might have been just water resistant after purchasing the proper fitting from Weber I am more than happy with it I even informed the friend about it when I happen to see they had a Weber and I mentioned to them I bought the cover and so I know they ordered theirs the next day

Very thin and has a plastic feel. The older covers were much heavier. Time will be the ultimate test. It has already blown off 1 time perhaps the Velcro was not secured properly.

Thank you for your feedback! The polyester grill covers are made to work against rain, UV rays and other outdoor elements to protect your grill. They are made to last a long time and also have a 3 year warranty. Thank you for being a Weber fan!

This cover is very thin, without any padding. I bought before much chipper not Weber from very strong thick material and extra padding, so after winter grill like new

I really want to give this 5-stars, but the bottom edge of the cover does not rest on the ground for the Genesis II. Therefore, there is a gap for rain to splatter up onto the casters and bottom of the frame. Only time will tell if this will cause a rust issue.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. - Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
