Wanted a simple reliable grill that I could use on the back patio. This certainly isn't the largest grill but it's a great option for my wife and me. We have family and friends over (not huge parties) and the Bronson offers plenty of space to grill. No open flame digital temperature control= easy grilling (even for a dummy like me). Highly recommend this o frills' option. Still have room for 'upgrades' such as the outer shelf additional grill grate and a lower shelf which attaches to the legs underneath. Highly recommend!

First full day I had this grill I smoked baby back ribs using the Dry Smoked Baby Back Ribs recipe I found on your site. Absolutely awesome! And the leftovers - heated up wrapped in foil and placed on a shelf in my old gas grill were just as good if not even better! Perfect size for my small yard - and for one to to people. However I suspect I'll be grilling for a lot more before the summer is out! And so EASY!

I purchased this smoker a year ago after returning from Alaska with a nice supply of King Salmon and Halibut fillets. Of course some of those fillets were the first thing I smoked in this smoker. They turned out great. Since then I have smoked many racks of ribs several full packer briskets some homemade bacon and chicken and all have turned out far beyond my expectations. There are just two of us in the household and this little smoker is perfect for us and (if need be) perhaps another 3 or 4 people. With the Thermo blanket I was able to smoke well into our cold South Dakota winters... no problem.

Cooking my first Prime Rib but the recipe does. NOT say anything about the way to cook the rib on the grill or in a pan? If your going to add beef juice do you do it on the grill or in a pan??

Great grill cooks great smells great go ahead and get the Thermo Blanket and save some pellets and get a more consistant temp absolutely nothing wrong with it fresh out the box either.

I got my husband the Bronson about 7 months ago. He absolutely loves it!!! Best grill he's ever had and makes the best juiciest food ever!!! We love it. May have to upgrade to a bigger grill someday. But tgjis one is absolutely perfect for us!!! It is well worth the money!!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
