I received the Bronson as a gift. From the beginning I had serious issues. I experienced temperature fluctuations, fire not staying lit, it appeared it caught on fire after restarting the smoker after going out during a cook. I called customer support and they first recommended the thermometer probe be replaced so they sent me a new probe easy install, but didn't correct the issue. I called support again they recommended replacing the controller, again they sent me a new controller and another easy install. This time it fixed my issues. It remains within 10 degrees of my set temperature and cooks everything as I'd expect if not better. If not for the initial issues I'd rate this as 5 stars. It's smaller than I'd prefer, it won't fit much more than a 12lb brisket but for only 2 people it is what I need. Great customer support if you experience these issues call support and get a new controller from my research it appears they received a bad batch of controllers that effected many of these models as well as the pro series.

Just got this grill last week, and both times we've used it, the auger has randomly stopped turning, so it loses heat and we have to start over. I've tried calling Traeger customer service three times and have yet to get through to anyone. Not sure if this is a problem since moving manufacturing from USA to China, but I am not impressed.

I won this grill at a Christmas party. 3 years later, I?ve upgraded to the ironwood 650. Here?s what I liked and disliked about the Bronson 20. First off, it does what it?s supposed to do very well and reliably. But that?s not without some minor issues that are only due to this being an entry level Traeger. The hopper capacity, I found myself running the hopper empty on more than one occasion. The grilling space isn?t all that great. I usually grill a bunch of things in the same day. Like a couple racks of ribs and a couple sides. With this grill you can only do maybe 2 racks at the same time. I tried a 14 lbs turkey once and it didn?t fit. But after 3 years, those are really my only gripes. I?ve used it probably 1-2 times a week April-September. It has held up really well, it still works and I haven?t had to replace anything. I only gave it 4 stars because it lacks features, but for what it is, it?s pretty good.

I bought this grill 7 months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Will not hold temp or cook consistently. I've spent more time trouble shooting then cooking on it at this point. The last time I used it the hinges broke and lid fell off. Pure junk!!!! After several hours with customer service I get to tear it apart and replace parts and then maybe it works.. what a joke!!!! Do not buy!!!

Absolutely love my new traeger. I've used it once a week or so and cooked flank steak, wings, and chicken. Every dish has been delicious and it is super easy to use for a beginner.

I love this grill! I use it at least three times a week and everything has great flavor! It's a good size for small families, though for more than 4 people, I'd go up in size. Easy to operate, though I wish it did come with more instructions on troubleshooting and maintenance.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and let's just say it was the perfect purchase for both him and myself included. He has been non stop smoking/been thinking of recipes since he set it up. Easy set up. Easy to use. Perfect all around! He has used it twice now and there has been no issues. Takes some time to learn the process but totally worth it.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and he was so excited! Since Christmas he has used it 3 times, he smoked ribs, salmon, and then a brisket. All of them turned out delicious! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has had a couple errors when he was smoking the brisket. This could just be part of a learning curve, but I'm hoping we won't have any more issues.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
