Very powerful, very durable, very potent grill. Next to my Lex 485, it's a powerful little brother. I even use it at home in the summer in the backyard for Korean bbq. We grill right on it and eat directly off the grill... Excellent power and searing.

I bouqht the TravelQ grill for our rv trips. I had a Coleman and had the same typical issues of not lighting and un-even heat The TravelQ lights on the first try. The TravelQ gets up to 500 degrees to sear meat when needed. The other thing Iove about the TravelQ is that there are no flare ups when cooking chicken with the skin on it. Cleaning the grill is easy, I scrub the with dawn and hose down and let dry and we head to our next location and the grill looks brand new and ready to cook. I also recomend using the griddle grate its great for cooking vegitables and breakfast. You get what you pay for, this grill is worth the money.

Used it for one camping trip so far, and first impression is that it is a really good grill. I was impressed with how fast this grill got to 600deg. Also the ability to do indirect cooking is really a plus when cooking chicken especially. We'll see how it holds up in the long run and with more use.

This grill gives you a large cooking surface in a compact package. Dual burners allow indirect cooking and the whole unit folds down for easy transport. Quality product!

Absolutely love this grill!! So easy to cook on! Just grilled chicken thighs and pork steaks and so dang good!! !!!!

Really enjoy the 2-burner system, but the lowest temperature available is about 400 degrees, not bad but could be a little lower. Cooks very evenly for a ring shaped burner. The griddle is a must! Lid dents and scratches quite easily.

We bought the TravelQ for our RV Travel Trailer. Two seasons now it's been great. But just this week the Jet Fire ignition shoots a flame but does not ignite the gas burners. The burners seem to be disconnected. I am sure it is an easy fix but I can't figure out how to do this.

Our condo finally allowed residents to use BBQ's, but with propane tank size restrictions. We bought this BBQ for 2 reasons. Dual burners and a griddle. We were surprised that the 285X was so efficient. That really helps when using only a 5 lb propane tank. Our colour choice, red, makes our neighbours envious. It easily folds up for storage.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
