Customer Reviews
I bought my Traeger a little over 3 years ago. Since, then I have become the destination point for most of my friends and relatives. Nobody can get enough of the deliciousness that keep coming off the grill. Always cooks to perfection. Tender and juicy meats. Smoky veggies and cheeses. Even breads and desserts. I truly look forward to making crowd pleasing foods each and every day.
I've had the grill for only a few years and was told to buy a new one. After continued problems getting it over 400F.

My wife bought this grill for me for Father's Day 2019. It looked good and I had heard from others that had Traeger grills made great food...but I just could not bring myself to spend the money. She got it and said once I had it, I would probably use it all the time. Yes...she was right. :-) I use this grill every chance I get. For the first 3 months or so, I do not think our oven was ever used. I cooked and smoke almost everything on it . Burgers, brisket, roasts, veggies, desserts, pizza,...everything. We love it for pizza and I am willing to trudge out to the grill in snow and rain to make it.. So, in spite of my hemming and hawing for so long...it is one of the best purchases we have ever made.
I bought this Silverton on August 1 from Costco. It came with the extra cast iron grill, warming shelf, custom cover. Very heavy product in the box and my wife and I are retired so it was difficult to move to the assembly area on our patio. The instructions were excellent (we are used to Chinese interpretations which are horrible). After full assembly we followed the initial use instructions. Then we cooked some chicken parts and could not get the smoker selection on the dial to hold temperature, kept climbing to about 255 F. Turned the dial to 180 and still held temp at about 235. We called customer service and the lady told us that they were experiencing this for a while, try the dial at 180. So no help there. Cooked some ribs following the included recipe and temp held at 235, way too high. Not a happy camper. I bought this unit to smoke a lot of meat (we eat buffalo, have 1/4 in the freezer). It needs to be cooked at low temps, smoked to keep it from being tough. It does great above 235, just have to interpolate temp to dial settings.

Bought this about a month ago but lost the control panel. Power good, fuse good but won't turn on. Worked just fine the previous day. Unfortunately it cost me a BBQ that I was hosting for friends. So that was a little disappointing- and kind of hard to trust again.
I had purchased this smoker from Costco during there road show. I have many friend with Traeger's and they swear by them, now I understand why, great customer support.

When I cooked the boneless skinless chicken Breast for the recommended heat and time they were so juicy they squirt when i grabbed them with the tongs! Anything you cook on it is juicy and has so much yummy flavor! I just love a serious char on my food and there is no direct flame that will give me that. Otherwise it's beautiful, sturdy and delivers a great meal.

I can explain in words how much I love my Traeger! I have onwned this Select for many years, and have upgraded the thermometer, and I would love to upgrade the internals to the DC motor and adjustable fan, because my grill stilll looks brand new and would hate to get rid of it just to get the new goodies. Thanks for listening and please make my dreams come true!
Loved my 22 series. Up graded to 6 months ago. This is by far the best. Does a fantastic job. Make my cooking look and taste fabulous
I have owned my Traeger Select Elite for about 2 years now. These grills have a learning curve because they perform much differently than any other grill I have used. I've owned gas electric charcoal and a combination or dual fuel grill with charcoal and gas options. I've also grilled on an open fire while camping. I have simply let my other grills sit and rust. I have a gas grille that has not had a flame in it for 2 years now and a Weber Kettle that is only used as a platform to fire charcoal to use with a dutch oven. And that's not really necessary anymore because my Traeger can be used to fire the dutch oven with even more precise control. I've cooked everything from fresh salmon and large venison legs to 60 lb whole pigs in my Traeger. In the past it took a lot of time and effort to watch over a gas or charcoal smoker or grille to cook things like pork butt and brisket. And cooking a whole pig on a gas grill would be well simply impossible. My Traeger has transformed the way we cook almost everything now days. Anything that can be cooked in an oven or on top of a stove can be done with a Traeger. My only regret is that I did not invest in a Traeger many years ago. Now we cook whole pigs and serve it up to parties of 40 or 50. Our twice yearly barbecues have now become nearly legendary. When you tell people that your are cooking a whole pig at home it gets their attention. There is nothing nothing more tasty than a whole pig cooked for 8 to 12 hours in a Traeger. Buy A Traeger Grill and enjoy some of the best food you can cook.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns

No Restocking Fee
Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
