I had a problem with my Weber but it was resolved in a couple of days with the help of Weber rep. In fact a leg broke and in two days a received a brand new leg. I really appreciated that great service at no cost. I recommend Weber product all the way.

I LOVE my new grill. I had a hard time making a decision on a new grill but my niece convinced me I couldn't go wrong with this one. My concern was that it would be too small. It's not. If needed, I can grill 8 burgers at a time or cook a whole chicken.

Having the regulator go out on me in just 7 months is ridiculous! Now having to take it apart and putting a new one on is even worse. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get the regulator off. I am done with it! I will never buy another WEBER product again!

We appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the frustrating experience you are having with your grill. If you’re using the grill with a standard size tank you might have tripped a safety device built into the hose. The safety device is designed to detect gas leaks, so the first thing to do is test your grill for any gas leaks. If you have a leak, do not use the grill! You can trick the safety into thinking there is a gas leak if you don’t light the grill properly. When it believes there is a gas leak, the gas flow to the grill is reduced down to 10%. The grill won’t be able to get up to normal grilling temperatures. When a grill is in this situation, we say it’s in “bypass”. To get the grill out of bypass, please use the following instructions for lighting the grill. These same instructions will also get a grill out of bypass. · Make sure the control knob is in the off position. · Open the grill lid. · Open the valve on the propane tank all the way, and then wait for about 60 seconds. · Turn the control knob to START/HIGH and press the igniter button. · Once the burner is lit, close the lid and in 10 to 15 minutes the grill should reach 500 to 550F. · Always make sure to turn the control knob to OFF after you are done using the grill. If these instructions do not help, we recommend trying a disposable canister. If the grill works normally with the disposable canister then the hose will need to be replaced. If it does NOT work with the disposable canister, then the valve/regulator will need to be replaced. Please look for a follow-up email from our Care team. Your satisfaction is very important to us. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
