It's a nice little grill. The valve for low doesn't go low enough for some stuff. I act as if I'm turning it off and you can get it to do what you need. If I had to buy again, I'd of got the bigger portable one that comes with legs and a rolling cart. After buying the stand with wheels so you don't have to grill on your knees, you will be more money in than if you just got the next step up! And the next step up gets you doubled on cooking surface size.

Have used Weber BBQ's most of my life. Always dependable and well built. Bought a smaller table top version 2 1/2 yrs ago. Noticed an issue with the regulator a month back resulting in low heat, then none at all. Had worked great till then. Got in touch with Weber in the US (I'm in Canada) and without any hesitation sent me a replacement regulator which arrived within days. Not only first rate service but it's a pleasure to deal with a company who stand behind their product. Many thx!!!

This Q 1200 grill is a nice upgrade from the Weber BabyQ grill we previously owned. The thermometer is nice and this grill heats up quick. We like the portability of the 1200 and we often pack it along on our camping trips.

I've been a charcoal grill/Smokey Joe girl all my life. I was known as the 'grill master.' This is my first try at a propane grill and I am loving it. The ease, convenience, and outcome can't be beat!! The small 1200 is just right and safe for my screened porch.

This is the perfect size for one meal or a group. It's . I don't travel with it, but the stand that you can purchase separately is perfect for holding a large propane tank.

Best grill. No flare-up when cooking chicken thighs. Cooks even with minimal rotation required. It's my 3rd on now, at home and at lake cabin.

According to Weber customer service, when fueling this grill from a 20lb tank and adapter hose, one must wait at least a minute after opening the tank valve before opening the grill valve and lighting the burner. A curious idiosyncrasy, but hardly a deal breaker. My complaint is that there is no mention of this in the owner's manual, and I had to go through the customer service process to learn of it. The grill itself? It works great.

Doesn't get hot enough to sear; hard to cook foil boat item - can't judge time as would not stay at 400F. Is too tall to transport in a tote. Wish legs folded or lid had quick on-off so could fit in tote for easier & more secure transport in RV.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
