Excellent grill for smaller homes. Cooks evenly and folds up for easy storage. This is my second grill as the first one was damaged in a flood. I had the first one for 6 years. I sought out the same one and am very satisfied.

You can't beat this grill. It is perfect for my husband and I. We have the charcoal kettle, and the smokey mtn smoker which is amazing too. I would love to have the genesis but really can't afford it though. I have the stand for my Q which is great. I plan on getting the adapter hose because i have 2 --20lb propane cylinders from past grills

I've had Weber q grill in the past but didn't recall the difficulty in getting grill up to temperature. I did check that I hadnt Tripped the safety feature with the gas causing it to run in safe level. Just didn't cook the way I wanted It to. I plan to return the grill

Overall I like the grill and stand combo. My strong objection is how you plumb your product. It comes with a gas regulator on the unit! My problem is all RV campers also have a gas regulator. So with 2 regulators you get hardly any gas flow to the grill. My solution was to remove the regulator supplied from Weber and use custom plumbing to make unit work! Seems like company could do better!!

I travel for work so I bought this grill to keep in my camper because of portability & recommendations from a couple friends that have a similar one. I enjoy cooking on it so much that when I'm home I bring it with me.

I originally bought a cheaper portable propane grill, but it never got hot enough, it would dry out my meat and not sear it. After a ton of wasted food and frustration, I finally decided to splurge and buy the Weber Q1200. It heats up fast and gives my food a perfect sear. It makes grilling so easy! I was nervous about the Q1200 not being big enough for our family of 5, but it's perfect and fits nicely in our camper. (I originally ordered the Q2000 but it was way too big to transport so I sent it back and got the Q1200). My only complaint (and it's hardly a complaint), is that on the right handle, the propane assembly and tank blocks your fingers from getting a proper grip on the handle which makes carrying the grill a little bit difficult. But overall, I'm totally satisfied. I've had it for about two months and have used it weekly and every time we sit down to eat our perfectly grilled food, I tell my husband how much I love that grill and that I should've bought it sooner!

Weber is known for quality and customer support. My grill retains the heat, easy to light, easy to clean, and has cast iron grates. I love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
