This grill replaced the previous one we've used happily for about 20 years. The one improvement I like about the new grill is the split grilling surface. The split grill easily fits in the dishwasher. Another thing I liked was the increased size of the folding shelves, but didn't like that the shelves were missing the integrated hooks for hanging cooking utensils. So I swapped out one of the shelves with one from the old grill. I'll be keeping the other old shelf should one break. Hence the four star rating, coulda been a five.

This is a nice grill design for items that you will watch closely. It is an attractive unit. Its single burner design doesn't allow for a cooler place on the grill to get indirect heating. Setting the heat only sets the rate of heating, not the temperature. This makes it imperative that you periodically raise the lid to regulate the temperature for items that are thicker. Flare ups are common as the lid is vented on both sides and the grease hole in the bottom is large. This is an open single burner and heats up very quickly. So, it takes some time to get used to this grill. Once you understand how this grill cooks you can adapt your cooking method to achieve very good results. The grill is relatively easy to clean, but the grease on the bottom of the bowl can build up and periodic cleaning is essential. So far, we are satisfied with our purchase as it is small enough to be portable in our camping trailer and eliminates the need and mess of charcoal. It produces a lot of heat and the squirrels can't get into it with the lid closed. For our purposes it is acceptable but it would not replace a larger multi-burner unit temperature controlled unit for general outside grilling use.

Grill is defective with a known issue, replacement parts difficult to install, online reseller requiring I pay shipping to exchange, Weber can't help. The agreements between resellers and corporate have their hands tied. Situation isn't right.

This is my third weber - first two were awesome, 5 star. This one is okay - the lowest temp I can get with the lid closed is 400 - on the hot side for small or thin items, unless you stand over the grill with the lid open.

Great portable gas grill. Get it with the accompanying folding table stand. Perfect for tailgating. Large cooking surface with even heat distribution. Heavy iron grates cook meat fast and evening. Saturday construction. Piezo-electric starter is a nice touch.

Very nice table top grill. Cooks even n fast. Only down fall is that it will not cook cook low.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
