This little grill has very good heat distribution. It is easy to clean. Was very easy to put together. It's perfect for camping or picnics or as a good little grill for a single person

Compact but sufficient for small groups. I bought the converter so i could use a regular 20# propane tank. The little canisters work but I got tired of restocking, and they aren't reusable.

We are pleased with the way this cooks our food...However, It is supposed to accept the standard 16.4oz propane bottles and the 14.1 oz also. The 16 oz will not line up with the fuel port, it hits the frame and will not fit. We use the 14 oz which are thinner and available at hardware stores. I contacted support 3 times with explanations, photos, and measurements. They had no idea what the bbq even looked like. For the price, I am very disappointed. But it cooks well.

This grill has been a game changer, I just needed something small for patio grilling and there are alot of options but i Am glad I went with the Q 1200 its built well and sturdy folds up small when not in use ...easy to clean , i did opt for tge extra propane hose to hook to bigger tanks the small camping tanks do work well with it but are a tight fit other than thaf no complaints

I have not tried the grill yet since the first camping trip is this coming week. I have put it together and started it for 15 minutes as instructed before using it for cooking. The temperature seems to hold steady at about 350 degrees (on low) which I hope is not too hot as many of the online reviews have indicated. The only design flaw is that, with the gas control below the handle on the right side, you cannot fully grip the handle (only with your finger tips). You have to be careful that it doesn't slip out of your hand when you are picking it up and moving it.

We had a 1000 for 10+ years and sold it with the rv. Replaced it with the 2000. Weber cannot beat a Weber I'm Glad you went back to the single cooking surface.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
