Best small grill made. High quality. Heats to 500 and is even across the grate. I replaced the same grill after using it every week since 2017. We RV full time and with the folding stand it is small and compact and fits well.

Excellent little unit. Perfect for sitting on table top. Everything about it is quality. I own two Weber barbecues, they are both magnificent. The feel of the controls are smooth and solid. Once you go Weber, you never go back.

Well designed for ease of storage and use. The grates clean easily and stay hot during cooking. The lid works great and provides more flexibility in what you can cook. We use in our RV and don't have to sacrifice quality. Overall very happy so far.

I am returning a weber q1200 - again. I bought one last fall and it was working great until a few weeks ago. It got used several times a week on our patio. The gas was not getting to the burner to light. I am religious about keeping it clean, making sure the burner holes are clear. One day it just would not light - no gas to the burner. The 5 gallon propane was full. That tank worked on my Nepoleon grill. I bought a new hose, still no gas to the burner. So I bought another Q1200 grill. This one worked for 2 weeks, then again - no gas getting to the burner. Verified it was not the tank or hose. I bought a gas sniffer detector just to verify if any gas was getting through. I saw on line about what to do to "reset" the regulator attached to the grill. Still no gas got to the burner. Also online saw that these grills having the regulator built in the grill fail alot of times. The only was the grill would work was when I attach the small propane cylinder to the grill. Not acceptable to only work with a small cylinder and not the refillable (or tank exchange) method. So I am getting another Nepoleon travelpro 285 grill. I cannot trust that the weber q1200 will always work anymore with 5 gallon propane tanks.

I bought the 1200 18 months ago. I used it 3 times. THREE TIMES!! The regulator puked out. It is in-operable. Needs a new regulator to fire up past warm at best. John Tomasini

This is the third Weber Q I have owned and I have loved every one of them. Also gave one to my stepdaughter for a wedding gift. They are so easy to use, and I use mine nearly every day. With my last one, after several years I needed a replacement burner tube and Weber sent me one for free, which I thought was outstanding service. I highly recommend these little barbecues!!!

Basically brand new and the regulator failed. The regulator also failed on my friend's 1200 straight out of the box. Weber quality is going downhill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
