This grill is awesome, I had an older Weber a bit larger. I had it for over 20 years. My husband over the years had to replace some parts to keep it going. This is grill is a very reliable product. This new one now comes with a temp gauge which is very useful. I only buy Weber.

I had an earlier model of this grill and it worked well for a long time. This grill seems it will also last a long time. I was disappionted to find that the hooks for BBQ tools were removed from the side tables - the original had them and they were very helpful. I have a second issue but here the blame lies with me primarily. I have turn ed the grill on with the side tables still folded inside too many times to remember. I wish there was a feature which prevented lighting of the grill until the table flaps were extended

Great small grill. Set it up to replace an RV supplied grill but may become our primary grill. Very good quality. Easy assembly. Good heat control. Compact and fairly light.

It's a nice little grill. Great for two people that grill a lot because it's easy to maintain and control. We have a bigger Weber genesis but don't need all that room on the grill for the two of us.

This little Weber species is exactly what was needed for easy & fast heat grilling. Perfect for 2 yet welcomes a party of 4. A reliable starter with good output. Very accommodating on the porch & seams to resist wind & easily portable for travel. Handy durable folding side tables Easy gentle cleanup. The cover is a must & would be a nice if it came with the price of the grill.

Great smaller grill. We had a Q2200 but wanted to downsize. The Q1200 did not allow cooking at less than 450 degrees. After 2 calls to customer service we received a new gas valve/regulator which I installed and now the grill cooks as expected at under 400 degrees

Very difficult to regulate the heat, grill run very hot. Opening the grill lid is the only way to get the temp down even when it is set to low

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
