When I bought this grill I thought you could adjust the temperature. But your help line told me I couldn't. Thought this was strange because there are three levels on the temperature control. I know I will not get an answer. But very disappointed. I will share this information with my friends

I left a review a couple of months ago complaining that I had had to replace the regulator and it failed again when connected to a 20 lb tank. Weber reached out, and even though it was beyond warranty they sent me a new regulator and their connector hose (I had been using a Coleman one). So far it is working nicely. I appreciate their quick and generous response. Since I am not the only one with this problem, I would suggest that anyone planning to use a 20 lb tank with this grill use the proprietary Weber hose, and carefully follow the instructions on how to open the tank so as not to trigger the bypass function. As of now I am a happy customer ;)

This is the second travel grill we have owned. And our newest purchase is awesome. Grills perfect, easy cleaning, take it with you... Easy peasy! Weber quality is superb. Don't purchase a knock off, get the best.

Grill worked fine initially but failed to light on our last trip. I called Weber and explained my dilemma, They sent me a new regulator free of charge and I replaced it. It woks fine now so we'll be back to cooking come camping season.

The propane value failed and started a fire that melted the right side of the Bar-b-que. Thankfully, I had a fire extinguisher and was able to put out the fire. I contacted Weber support, and they send me replacement parts for the grill, and said it was my responsibility to disassemble it and replace the parts. I hate put something like this is the trash, but I don't know what else to do with it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
