Best portable bbq i ever had wish It came with the stand or could buy it /find it cheaper in my town I recommend it to anyone looking for a small bbq for apartments or traveling
I have not yet used the grill. However, I have a very serious issue to share with you. Except for very small print, no where is there an alert indicating that you must remove the gas cylinder after cooking. Yesterday I was all set to bbq for the family and, to my surprise, the cylinder was completely empty. That means the gas had been leaking for many days without notice. It could have been a disaster. No one at the store of purchase mentioned anything about this. YOU MUST MAKE IT CLEAR ON THE CYLINDER AND INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU MUST REMOVE THE CYLINDER AFTER COOKING.
I received my 1200 Q liquid propane grill purchased at Home Depot as promised in good condition. Once assembled I tried to attach a bottle of gas to the grill but it hit the handle and would not attach. I had to drill another hole in mounting bracket to make it work ( poor quality control for a Weber product). Once this was accomplished I decided to cook with it. Temperature control is not very responsive, it cooks extremely hot. Even in lowest setting grill temp. Is still over 300 degrees. That's ok for general grilling but to cook low and slow will be impossible. To pay $260.00 for a table top grill and not be able to cook like you want with it is questionable. Overall degree of satisfaction is about a 3.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the grill. Our Care Team will reach out to help. Please look for an outreach email from us soon. Thank you!
Great heat. This is our second one. Beautiful char marks. Can definitely do steaks. Easy to clean. Heats quickly and evenly. Canisters last a few times, since it heats up so fast.
This is my second weber grill and both have been great. Simple to operate and cook nicely. EXCEPT this one developed a leak at the regulator and the process of getting a replacement under warrenty was terribly difficult and frustrating. The dealer I bought it from had closed, so the company website was my only recourse. Dealing with an AI system that asked questions already answered and refused to believe my answers. Finally another local dealer helped me produce a video to prove the problem was as I described it and, once that was done, i did get the replacement part promptly.
Had a Weber 1000 and had an issue with the regulator after a number of years. Replaced it with a different bbq and the thing was always on fire from the grease. Bought this blue 1200 and I'm so happy to have this bbq. No fire - grease drips out the bottom.
This is my second Q grill my first one lasted me 20 years, May it RIP.
Easy, convenient, and easy to use! Perfect for camping!
Completely satisfied except that heat only reaches 325 degrees maximum.

Great portable grill. I have used on the tailgate several times and will have it in the camper for the next trip. I prefer the cast iron grates over the stainless, due to heat retention and ease of cleaning. The little grill does struggle in the wind, just takes a little more time and ignition is difficult, I try to stand between the wind and the grill at ignition.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
