Warranty
Weber Master Touch grills are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The bowl and lid are warrantied for ten (10) years against rust through/burn through. Plastic components are warrantied for a period of (5) years, excluding fading or discoloration. All other remaining part are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

The grill arrived boxed from Weber damaged. Contacted them by phone and had a replacement part within 2 days. Functions well - a huge step up from my old small one.

Missing screw still missing and sidelining use of grill. Big bummer to spend on a new grill, ask for the replacement screw, and then get sent the handle assembly that does not even have a screw. Ugh!

I love my new red webber grill. The temperature monitor on the lid helps me cook my food perfectly. Clean up is easy will catch for the ashes.

This is my third Weber over the past 45 years. It performs well for all purposes. My only criticism is how the ash catcher has been attached to the frame. I used the last one for more than 10 years,

The only issue i had was not knowing where to move the bottom vent to closed it or open part way, it was frustrating , so after my cook n letting it cool down, n had to mark where it was closed , open etc. Would be nice if it was marked more clearly on that.

Hello Mike! They are extremely similar. They have the same cooking grid dimensions for cooking space. Your difference would be between the Master having plated steel cooking grates where the Kettle Premium has stainless steel cooking grates.

The Kettle Premium has a fully stainless steel hinged cooking grate which lets you easily add charcoal. This is opposed to the one-piece plated steel grate of the Original. The premium also features a dome thermometer, tool hooks, and a hook for conveniently hanging the lid. Lastly it includes the easy to use One Touch cleaning system with a fully closed, high capacity ash catcher.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
