Great cart for W grills. Convenient and snugly holds the grill in place. If I were to offer any suggests it would be that it was a little bit higher.

I mulled over this purchase for months, I'm so glad I finally ordered it. Delivery fast and on time. Easily assembled myself with no tools in under 20 minutes. Stand is sturdy and does not take up too much space on my patio. My electric grill fit in tightly with ease. It looks amazing with my previous purchases (grill and cover). Recommend this product, the grill and the cover.

The cart has worked well for a few years but now one of the wheels has come off and falls off easily. DO you sell replacements?

The store where I bought my stand said it would fit all Weber Q grills. My grill is one of the very old ones known as the "Baby" Q. When I got the stand home I noticed that the picture on the box showed that it wasn't compatible with my grill. However, that didn't stop me. My old "Baby" Q locks into place just fine. So glad I finally spent the money on it. Thank you Weber!!!!

The grill is great. The portable stand is not good. It doesn't have a sturdy enough base to hold a normal grill tank. I used the bottom support from my old stand to hold the tank but when you try to move it to another location the top comes loose. I had to modify that also by adding 2 screws. The old base was supurior to this one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
